Hereby, we would like to particularly remind you (the user) that before registering as a user, please carefully read this "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure that you fully understand all the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose whether to accept or not to accept this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other actions will be regarded as your acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Jiangxi Shenzhou Medical Equipment Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhou Medical") and the user regarding the "CME Player" software service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
"User" refers to an individual who registers, logs in and uses this service. This agreement may be updated by CME Player at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can view the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After the terms of the agreement are modified, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by CME Player immediately. The user's continued use of the services will be regarded as acceptance of the modified agreement.
I. Account Registration
1. Users need to obtain a manager account before using this service. The manager account will be informed of the default account password when purchasing Shenzhou medical equipment products.
2. "CME Player" is an APP product based on "Shenzhou Medical". When users register, they should authorize Shenzhou Medical and use their personal information to successfully register an account with "Shenzhou Medical". Therefore, by completing the registration, the user indicates their consent for the service to extract, disclose and use their information.
3. When users register and use this service, CME Player needs to collect personal information that can identify the user's identity so that the service can contact the user when necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected by CME Player includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; CME Player agrees that the use of this information will be subject to the constraints of Article 3 on the protection of user personal Privacy information.
Ii. Account Cancellation
Account cancellation instructions: If you need to cancel the highest-privilege admin user, please contact us at 0793-8562158 or email us at ITXIAOWEN@163.com. Our company will arrange for offline technicians to authorize the operation within two working days to complete the account cancellation.
Iii. Protection of Users' Personal Privacy Information
If CME Player discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user violates the terms of this agreement, CME Player reserves the right to impose penalties on the relevant content, including but not limited to user information, at any time without notice, and depending on the severity of the circumstances on the offending account, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans The user is notified of the result.
1.Users who have been banned for violating the user agreement can contact CME Player by themselves. Among them, users whose functions have been banned will have their banned functions automatically restored after the ban period expires. Banned users can submit an appeal. CME Player will review the appeal and make a reasonable judgment on its own to decide whether to change the penalty measures.
2. The user understands and agrees that CME Player has the right to impose penalties on any behavior that violates relevant laws, regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and retain relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and report it to relevant departments, etc. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
3. The User understands and agrees that for any claims, demands or losses asserted by any third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of the User's violation of the terms of this agreement, the User shall indemnify CME Player and its partner companies and affiliated companies and hold them harmless.
Iv. And instructions for the Use of sensitive Privacy permissions
1.The CMEPlayer App requires the read and write permissions of the memory card, as the screenshot function of the App will use these permissions. Otherwise, the function cannot be used normally.
2. The CMEPlayer App requires camera permission because the App's scan function needs to use this permission; otherwise, the function cannot be used normally.
3. The CMEPlayer App requires the permission to record video and audio. This is because the App has a video recording function when playing videos, and the audio push chat function also needs to use this permission. Otherwise, the function cannot be used normally.
4. The CMEPlayer App requires the permission to obtain mobile phone status information. This is because when the App creates a user, it needs to bind a mobile phone, and then it needs to obtain the user's mobile phone status to ensure its uniqueness.
5. The CMEPlayer App uses the third-party SDK of Tencent Bugly to obtain the phone status (including phone number, IMEI, and IMSI permissions). The purpose is to send error messages back to the background for analysis of the cause of the error when the phone crashes during operation. The sensitive information obtained here is only to clarify on which mobile phone the crash information appears and will not be leaked.
6. The CMEPlayer App also integrates and uses the com.alipay SDK, as well as the com.tencent.smtt(TBS Tencent Browsing Service; Tencent Browsing Service; Tencent X5 Browser; Tencent Browser) component.
7. The intelligent search function of the CMEPlayer App will obtain the MAC address, device serial number,imei, androidID, Serial, and uuid to calculate and obtain a unique device code, which is used to distinguish different devices. Therefore, we hereby inform users that otherwise the function cannot be used normally.
8.After CMEPlayer exits the app, it will start automatically or be associated to start, as it needs to maintain a long-term handshake and query link status with the device socket.
9.When CMEPlayer is running, it will obtain the geographical location and personal information. Since Tencent Bugly constantly checks the status of the phone, when it crashes, it will record the current time personal information and geographical location and upload the log to the Tencent Bugly backend.
10. The CMEPlayer app integrates TBS, Tencent Browser, Tencent X5 Browser, and Tencent Browsing Service SDK to obtain BSSID personal information. These SDKS are integrated to enable quick local access to pdf files and to replace the kernel of webView in the Android system, thereby enhancing the performance of webView.
11. CMEPlayer integrates Tencent TBS browsing service for opening word user manuals locally. This SDK will obtain (SD card data) information about installed apps.
12. Self-start or Associated Start Instructions To ensure that this application can normally receive messages sent by the Socket when running in the background, this application must use the (self-start) capability. There will be a certain frequency of system broadcast wake-up for the self-start or associated start behavior of this application, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services. When you open the App for the first time, with your explicit consent, it will redirect to the relevant content. This function will only be enabled with your consent. Without your consent, there will be no associated activation.
13. When the APP enters the live streaming interface for the first time, it will obtain Bluetooth permission. This is to solve the problem of wearing a mono Bluetooth headset. Therefore, here we explain why the Bluetooth permission is obtained.
V. User Content Posting Norms
1.The content referred to in this article means any content created, uploaded, copied, published or disseminated by the user during the process of using the service, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics and text sent, replied to or automatically replied to messages and related link pages. And other content generated by using the account or this service.
2. Users are not allowed to use the "CME Player" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following contents prohibited by laws, regulations and policies:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Those who undermine the state's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7) Disseminating pornography, obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crime;
(8) Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use the "CME Player" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following contents that interfere with the normal operation of the "Service" and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sexual or sexual innuendo;
(2) Containing abusive, threatening or intimidating content;
(3) Containing harassing, spam advertisements, malicious information or deceptive information;
(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or materials of others;
(5) Infringing upon others' legitimate rights such as the right to reputation, the right to portrait, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
(6) Information containing other content that interferes with the normal operation of this service or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
Vi. Usage Rules
1. Any content transmitted or published by users in this service or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor should it be regarded as reflecting or representing the views, positions or policies of CME Player. CME Player shall not be held responsible for this.
2. Users are not allowed to use the "CME Player" account or this service to conduct the following behaviors:
(1) Submitting or releasing false information, or stealing others' avatars or materials to impersonate or use others' names;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on the linked page or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Establishing false accounts in batches by means of technical methods;
(5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities by using the "CME Player" account or this service;
(6) To produce, publish methods or tools related to the above-mentioned behaviors, or to operate or disseminate such methods or tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "CME Player", or the service is not explicitly authorized.
3. Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted through the "CME Player" account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by users shall be borne by the users themselves and has nothing to do with CME Player. If any damage is caused to CME Player or a third party as a result, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law.
4. The services provided by CME Player may include advertisements. Users agree to display advertisements provided by CME Player and third-party suppliers and partners during the usage process. Except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. CME Player shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
Vii. Others
1. CME Player solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the terms in this agreement that exempt CME Player from liability and restrict user rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.
2. The validity, interpretation and settlement of disputes of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute or controversy between the user and CME Player, it shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where CME Player is domicile for jurisdiction.
3. If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
